The NYOH Community Cancer Foundation’s inaugural spring fundraising event, Courage & Cancer: An Evening of Stories was held on Thurs, May 25 and it was an incredible success. Thank you to the many people who made the evening possible: to our incredible storytellers and storytelling coach, Emily Rubin, the NYOH Community Cancer Foundation Board of Directors, event committee volunteers, event sponsors, honorary committee members, and numerous others who donated their time, talent, and treasure: THANK YOU! You helped us raise over $47,000 to support local cancer patients!
As part of the evening, the NYOH Community Cancer Foundation honored Callanan Industries and the Mechanicville Stillwater Breast Cancer Walk, both longtime supporters and champions in supporting our efforts to help local cancer patients.
