This day-long breast cancer survivorship program brings together patients, survivors, and caregivers with connection, encouragement, and healing. Attendees will also interact with panels of healthcare professionals about follow-up care, managing side effects, nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle strategies. This event is led by Dr. Maria Theodoulou, breast cancer oncologist.
